The Tower is one of 4 condo complexes at The Myrtle Beach Resort located at 5905 South Kings Hwy. The building has over 300 individually owned condos. Each condo is fully furnished and features a full kitchen, full bath and an expansive ocean view.
The “north” side of the Tower offers stunning sunrise views each morning. On a clear day, one can see for miles up the coast. The “south” side overlooks the Ocean Lakes Campground. When conditions warrant, one can see the newly reconstructed Surfside Pier.
Some of the amenities of the building are a swimming pool, indoor hot / spa, and exercise room, coin operated laundry on the first floor and a deli open in season.
At this time the Tower is undergoing a renovation. All of the amenities are closed until further notice except for the laundry and exercise room. Guests continue to have access to all amenities within the 33 acre gated resort.
