This just in from Snowshoe Mountain. The GNCC race that was originally slated for June 2020, then delayed to September 2020 has now been canceled.

Good morning, we have another adjustment to our summer operations schedule to announce. After careful deliberation, we have made the decision to cancel the GNCC race as well as GNCC University slated for this September. As always, the safety and wellbeing of our staff, community and guests is our top priority and at this time we are not confident that we could safely accommodate this event. Our official statement is available below. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Due to the continuously evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the GNCC and GNCC University events scheduled for September 24-27. We value our partnership with Racer Productions and thank everyone for their support of this fantastic event over the years. We look forward to hosting it again in the summer of 2021.
For GNCC guests with reservations on the books, our travel planners will be reaching out directly to process refunds, etc. We thank you for your patience as we work to ensure everyone is contacted.
